We accept several payment methods:

We work with various payment processing partners who accept payments via credit card and other payment methods such as MB Way, Multibanco, and PayPal.
Purchases made with credit card, PayPal, MB Way, and Multibanco are automatically approved as soon as the payment is completed.
In some cases, your bank may contact you to confirm some details related to your purchase; this is a normal procedure and aims to protect your account from fraud.
Only after payment confirmation do we proceed with sending your order.

- The order was not delivered to another authorized person;
- If you live in a condominium or apartment building, check if it's at the concierge;
- Check if the delivery address is correctly filled in.
If you still have doubts, please contact us, informing us of your order number and the email you used during the purchase process.

Can I exchange my product?
In cases of defects or irregularities in the products, we will exchange the item or refund the purchase amount, provided the following conditions are met:
- The customer must request the exchange or return within 30 calendar days from the date of product receipt via email at info@drpeanut.pt. Shipping costs will be borne by Dr. Peanut.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by the invoice.
- Once received, the product will undergo an analysis to verify the defect or irregularity reported by the customer.
- If the defect or irregularity is confirmed, Dr. Peanut will exchange it for an identical product in perfect condition.
- The shipping costs for the new product will be covered by Dr. Peanut.
- Dr. Peanut is exempt from the obligation to carry out any exchange where the product does not comply with the conditions mentioned on the shipping and returns page.

The deadline for withdrawing from the product purchase is up to 15 (fifteen) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt; for the purpose of product return, in which case the following conditions must be observed:
In case of return, the product must be returned in its original, sealed packaging, with no signs of use, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.
The customer must request the return via email at info@drpeanut.eu, informing the order number and the email used in the purchase process. The shipping costs for the product will be borne by Dr. Peanut. However, the return of the product is the customer's responsibility, who must send it via a carrier.
After receiving the product, Dr. Peanut will verify if the conditions mentioned above have been met. If so, we will arrange a full refund of the purchase amount.
How do I get my money back after cancelling/withdrawing a purchase?

For purchases made with a credit card, your card issuing entity will be notified and the refund will be processed.
The refund period is the responsibility of the card issuer.
For purchases paid via PayPal, the amount will be refunded to the same account used during the purchase, within 3 business days.
For purchases paid via MB Way, the amount will be refunded to the same phone number you used during the purchase, within 3 business days.
For purchases paid with or Multibanco, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the IBAN provided by the customer. You can send your IBAN via email info@drpeanut.pt and inform us of your order number and the email you used during the purchase process.
Dr. Peanut is exempt from the obligation to cancel any purchase where the product does not meet the requirements described below:
- The product return period is up to 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of receipt;

The entire authorisation process takes place between the user's computer and the credit card operator's system, without any human interference, to ensure greater security.
